Unique house combination of architecture and art in Netherlands
The Kas Di Coral projection is a very unique combination of architecture and fine art. Information technology was designed by Bahama-Architecten and Sipke Kingma and the edifice is located in Groningen, Netherlands. The design team that worked at this projection was formed of Tanja Isbarn in collaboration with Sipke Kingma and Arnold ten Brink. It was completed in 2011.
It'due south a 291 foursquare meter project. The district "de Linie" where this project is located was, in 2011, the scene of the Blue Moon manifestation, an result directed by Toyo Ito consisting in the symbiosis between architecture and visual art. This particular building sits on a 12 m wide and xv m deep plot, it has a flat roof merely like the other surrounding buildings and information technology's also a gimmicky combination of art and architecture.
This project is in fact a house. It has an octagonal shape and a strict arrangement of the spaces. The exterior of the business firm is entirely white. Equally for the façade and the walls, some are perforated with organic holes in the concrete that allow daylight to fall into the interior. This is a truly unique projection that includes living organic patterns and artistic architecture. This is also a sustainable project. The heating and hot water demand is supported by 10 foursquare meters of solar panels placed on the roof. Also, the use of daylight has priority over other energy sources.{found on archdaily}
